To be a rock star first respect yourself and this is the mantra to get respect from others. Always be yourself. Be true and honest as you are. The day you will start giving respect to your talent instead of hiding, your journey will start for getting respect from others.

I have written a poem in hindi for my IBA( Indus Business Academy) where i am currently pursuing PGDM and this will tell you how beautiful my IBA is? So, here we go with my little and sweet Hindi poem...

Poem for IBA

Aao milauu tumhew meri choti si family,

Ye hai mera IBA ki family.

Pehle din tha thoda gum se bhara

Agle din bane nayi friends ki duniya

Oho..oho…oo.. (2)

Yanha pe hai padhai ka bahut sara pressure,

Assignment aur project ke sath   hai lambe ghante ka  presentation.

Masti bhi kam nei hai yanha,

DJ night, pongal , durga puja sab celebrate hota hai yanha.

Bade se bade hasti hai yanha,

Faculty se leke staff tak equal respect milta hai yanha.

Koi chaota..koi bada nai…

kyunki sab hai hero apne yanha.

Oho..oho…oo.. (2)

Clubs, committees ki kami nai yanha,

Full masti hai humare yanha.

Archish, Ic aur Ted X jaise event hota hai yanha,

Social responsibility mein bhi piche nei hai hum.

Aur bhi bahut sari bateein kehna hai tumse,

Bas kabhi alvida na kehna mere IBA wale.

Destroy Your Competitors

We all have competitors in our life. Some are strong and some are not. Try to defeat him instead of quitting. Never stop just because you feel defeated. What happened that is past but if you will learn from that past suffering and try to implement in present the journey will be smoother.

Let me tell you small story. Robert Bruce (King of Scots) due to some unfavorable condition he was hiding in a cave. Suddenly his eye was caught by a spider. The creature was hanging by a long silver thread from one of the wooden beam above his head and trying to swing itself to another beam.

The spider tried again and again, falling every time. After tried a lot on 7^th attempt the spider succeed.

Steps For Success

Normally, people ask "how to get success?" So, i have some tips and steps which will help you to be success in your life. Path is not easy because precious things can't be achieved with out smart and hard work. 

There is no master key for success but still I am giving you the key for success. Now it depends on you, "how you want to open the lock?” So, here i am writing a poem of ten steps for getting success.

                                               Ten Steps for Success

                                              Knowledge gives confidence,

                                              Confidence inspires enthusiasm,

                                              Enthusiasm encourages work,

                                              Work requires planning,

                                              Planning fosters determination,

                                              Determination imparts courage,

                                              Courage breeds perseverance,

                                              Perseverance induces tact,

                                              Tact accompanies courtesy,

                                              Courtesy leads to success.

There is no short cut for success..
